Two operators are offering their services to the Lagos BRT. NURTW Cooperative and LAGBUS. LAGBUS is an Asset Management Company owned by the Lagos State government.
Well, they say a picture is worth more than a thousand words. Naij.com photojournalist hits the street to capture how commuters were forced to wait for hours before boarding BRT buses.
